Our own platforms, designed from the inside of the operations they serve, hosted and supported by us, sold by subscription. Customers subscribe; we run the service.
Systems integration
ERP, payroll, time and attendance, radios, cameras, dispatch and billing systems interfaced to one master system, in both directions, so an operation sees one picture and every event lands on one timeline. Syspro extensions and interfaces are a speciality.
Technology consulting
How an operation should be instrumented: what to capture, what to automate, what to keep human, and how to prove it to the client. Bespoke systems and embedded Power BI reporting where a product does not fit. We have run these operations ourselves and we build what we recommend.

Our software is designed on the ground with the people who run the operation: a patroller on a cold shift, a controller with three incidents open, a practice manager with a full diary. Most of our customer relationships run for five to fifteen years, and several customers have bought into, or bought out, the systems we built for them. We structure our work so that a customer is never exposed.

- We own and develop our platforms ourselves; work built to a customer's specification can be owned by that customer.

- Hosted in Microsoft Azure, South Africa; exported on request; protected under a POPIA operator agreement.
- Continuity by design
- Long-term agreements, source-code escrow and defined transition terms, so a platform can be relied on as a core system.
- Implementation partners
- We work with implementation partners, such as Monichron in Johannesburg, for take-on, training and first-line support.

Brunia Bay takes its name from the brunia that grows on the hills above Hermanus and the bay below them. We work from the Whale Coast, two hours from Cape Town, and we build for customers across South Africa and beyond. Small by design: the people who design the software are the people who run it, answer the phone and sit in the customer's control room when it matters.
